11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, or as otherwise agreed by all parties, for any claims or disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site, and the party who brings the claim or dispute shall be responsible for all costs associated with the arbitration. Both parties must agree on the arbitrator and rules of arbitration, in the absence of which the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or the relevant local arbitration body, or as determined by Child Custody Legal Aid or America Family Law Center. In the absence of an agreement of an arbitrator, the arbitrator may be selected by Child Custody Legal Aid or America Family Law Center.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Child Custody Legal Aid regarding your use of the Site.
